This year the Lowcountry's best homebrewers will present their best brown ales for a chance to be put on tap at our brewery and raise money for their favorite local charity. The homebrewers will also showcase a wide variety of their favorite beers during the event.

About the event
Calling all Home Brewers, enter the Famulari's Chucktown Brewdown Home Brew Competition. This years competition style will be a Brown Ale. Registration is open for up to 4 person teams through to Wednesday March 15th and will be competing for a chance to assist in brewing the winning beer to be tapped at Famulari's Brewpub. Also the day of the event (April 22nd) Famulari's will be hosting a Home Brew Festival so you can serve up your soon to be winning recipe plus any other beers you would like to showcase to the public and compete for a People's Choice award and the Best Decorated Booth award. Bring in you confirmation email/Paypal receipt and get 10% off the ingredients for your award winning entry.
